The people of Bhutan meditate on death regularly-daily, even; and are considered to be one of the most "happy" people. I can tell you that I find myself meditating on death every day, and that allowing myself to rest into that landscape of consideration opens new worlds inside. Things fall into perspective. Humility comes. Gratitude for this wild and free life shines. Death is a doorway, and by allowing the former paradigm of fear that surrounds it to dissolve into one of appreciation and wonder is a limitless gift we can give ourselves. Aho xx
